1.2. Items must be in unused, unworn, and resalable condition with original packaging and tags attached.

1.3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

1.4. Certain items, such as final sale, personalized, or clearance products, are non-returnable.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1. If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

2.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

2.3. Items must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.

3. Return & Exchange Process

3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@sierrazulugear.com with your order number and reason for return.

3.2. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

3.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

3.4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4.2. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4.3. If a return does not meet the required conditions, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sierrazulugear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

5.2. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items and send a replacement at no additional cost.
